Main object of activity : Provider of services in shipping, i.e.
- ship’s husbandry;
- charterers agents;
- freight forwarders;
- ship’s, cargo & third party’s claim consultants.
- trading agents in aluminium products & industry; fertilizers; bauxite; alumina.
The company founder is a marine lawyer.
The founder and the employees are highly experienced in these kind of services, an experience gathered in more than 25 years spent in this field.
The company staff is compounded by 10 individuals – two lawyers; two economists; two diplomat engineers; two engineers and two executives. |

- As ship agents and / or trading agents of Hydro Aluminium Norway; Glencore AG Switzerland for many jobs & years and of very many others, big or small companies, in spot business;
- As freight forwarders at sea and on the Danube River of Hydro Aluminium Norway; Glencore AG Switzerland; Nortrop Hamburg; UDP Ukraine; Brunakar Engineering U.S.A., Boskales Rotterdam, again for many business & years, thus the company became known and enjoyed high apreciation not only on the Romanian market but very much on the Ukrainean, Hungarian, Slovakian and Caspian Sea markets.
- As claim consultants of Berliner Bank London; Royal Bank of Scotland; CIT Finance & Equipment Group New York, Watson, Farley & Williams ( law firm) London and, again we enjoyed high apreciations at the end of the jobs.
As a recognition of our skil and expertise the founder of the company held, for two years, a place in the Administration Council of the Port of Constanta and, for three years, the Presidency of the Romanian Ship Brokers & Ship Agents Association, which he voluntarly given to an younger fellow.
