Agency Fee Tariff Scale

 

Agency fees charged by VIFRANA S.A. are calculated basically on vessel's DW capacities, except for the barges convoys, as per following classification of the operations the vessels are calling for:

 

A - discharging/loading general cargoes when the number of bags/bales/pieces/packages/cases/barrels is stated in the B/L as well as timber in boards/logs, steel plates, etc.,
B - discharging/loading dry cargoes in bulk such as grain/iron ore/phosphates/coal etc.,
C - discharging/loading liquid cargoes in tankers,
D - passengers, cruise vessels or yachts, irrespective of the number of passengers embarked/disembarked,
E - vessels/tugs calling Romanian ports only for: provisions, bunkers, crew change, repairs, dry/docking, etc., without commercial operations.

 

For passengers and cruise vessels - as per item "D" - the agency fees is to be calculated per vessel's GT.
Also for any vessels as tugs/research vessels/yachts etc., which has no DW and are not performing commercial operations, the agency fee is to be calculated per vessel's GT.

 

If the cargo volume exceed the vessel's DW, the agency fees is to be calculated per cargo measurement.
Taking into consideration all above mentioned, the agency fees shall be applied as per the following scale calculated on EURO basis:
