Tariffs for usage of tugs in Constantza, Mangalia and Midia ports
The tariffs for mooring/unmooring operations are related to the ship's Length Over All (LOA) as per LOA given by the Romanian Shipping Register, not to the ship's gross tonnage.
These tariffs are are negociable and applied by S.C. COREMAR SA Constanta - Towage Company.

The
above tariffs rates shall be applied under following conditions:
1. Applicable
for both tug assistance and mooring/unmooring operations:
1.1. The basic tariffs for non-contractual parties are increased with 15%;
1.2. Should the assistance of tugs and/or mooring men be cancelled while tugs
and/or mooring men arrived at the requested place of assistance only half of
the normal tariff shall be charged;
1.3. Vessels exceeding 305.00 meters in length are to be charged additionally
to the basic tariff with EURO 50 for each tug for each 5 meters or part
of it, pro-rata.
2. Applicable for tug assistance only:
2.1. The above stated tariff is applicable for a period of time no longer
than 1 (one) and a half hour; if assisting time is exceeding 1.5 hour,
a supplementary EURO 200 per tug and hour or part of hour, pro-rata shall
be charged;
2.2. The basic tariff shall be increased with 50% while assisting vessels with
their own main engine/s out of order;
2.3. The basic tariff shall be increased with 25% while assisting vessels in
Constantza South, Agigea port (berth no. 85 and up) or while shifting from Constantza
port
to Constantza South, Agigea and vice-versa;
2.4. The assistance of vessels in Mangalia or Midia ports as well as the passage
from Constantza port to each of the above-mentioned ports shall be charged as
per following tariff rates:
- EURO 0.35 per tug's horsepower and hour
2.5. If the tug makes use of his own tug line, upon vessels request, such
shall be charged for EURO 30;
2.6. The basic tariff shall be increased with 30% while assisting tankers under
non-gas free conditions;
2.7. The use of tugs for any other purpose than assisting vessels while
manoeuvring, such as transportation of personnel and/or provisions, etc,
shall be charged for EURO 220 per tug and hour or part of a hour, pro-rata.
